On Becoming a Leader

Leaders know; who they are, their strengths and weakness, and how to make up their deficiencies by putting forward their strengths. At the same time, leaders know why they want something and know how to communicate with people to get others' support on this subject. Therefore, they get their aims.

Being a leader is not easy, like being a poet or a doctor. A person who is against this idea is just fooling themselves.
